Pros
Great products franchise and great employees. Employee are really passionate about what they do. Other than at the very top, people work well together. Together they positively impact people's health in a unique way. The company is not huge but it has global reach enabling tremendous opportunities for employees who are seeking a global medical device organization
Cons
Centralized management style. Decisions take too long. In other situations they move fast without looking at different angles. Always trying to do too much, setting very aggressive goals. These are never reached. They are too focused on the short term. This leads to wasted resources, lack of good decision making and poor investments. Haven't made the necessary investments in certain key products and geographical markets.
