      High performance culture, collaborative team, fun and friendly environment, great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Far from the CBD and it's challenging to attract good talents who don't want to go to the western suburbs.

      Pros

      Had several years of great growth and employee culture.

      Cons

      Leadership appears in cruise control with little work ethic or passion. Virtually withdrawn from the Sydney sales market with majority of team leaving and not replaced for more than a year and no job ads either implying a lack of interest. Does not appear interested in competing or investing in the culture anymore.
