Pros
I’ve worked for Fortune 10 and Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies - generally good experiences but none like working for Hain - it’s not perfect and it’s actually some of the things that don’t work that make it fun to be creative and make a big difference - I’ve had the opportunity to hire for my small team and each of them come from pretty awesome pedigrees and I’m proud to say all have moved the needle in less than 30 days on the job - no place is perfect but I’ve never had exposure to so many people and been given the latitude to lead a team that can make business driving decisions very quickly and autonomously to drive the business forward
Cons
If you can’t work with ambiguity this isn’t the place for you - if you like a lot of structure and don’t like to build process and prefer to follow rigorous process, again not the place for you...
