      The team effort of my former department was great. Lunch on Fridays during certain months

      Cons

      Most people work a 10-11 hour days,but don’t you dare put in for O/T. No work life balance, but lots of dedicated soon to be let go employees. Absolutely no appreciation.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
