Pros

The pay, bonuses and benefits are competitive. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and step up to be a leader. Despite what the comments in other reviews say, the leadership is very approachable and wants to help. This is a fast pace environment with plenty to do. If your aggressive and like to take on challenges, then this is the place for you. You can expand your knowledge by working cross functionally between sales, marketing and operations. The leadership understands that work/life balance is important and know that due to COVID demands and recent challenges people have been working way beyond normal hours. They routinely try to help mitigate that. I can tell you that when things are "Normal" the work life balance is very good. I have never been called on a weekend or after 6pm since I have been here, which is appreciated. Company moved to a hybrid office/home setup that is very fair. CEO was very visible during COVID and gave weekly status updates.

Cons

Their are some pockets of the company that still work in silo's. The company is still working through 25 years of poor processes, which creates challenges sometimes, but there has been a significant investment in improving this.

Pros

Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

Cons

Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
