Pros
Large company that works like a small company. Doors are always open for discussion and growth is exponential here. Company has many town halls so you know what is going on at all times. Very honest and open.
Cons
Trying to get responses from internal stakeholders is not easy. Waste of time having to follow up when you are trying to help teams find savings and the right vendor. Adds 1-2 months to project timelines due to lack of responses.
