      Awesome people to work with and for, great opportunity to grow internally and move into different functions to continue to learn.

      Cons

      Overall the company performance from a financial standpoint could be better, however, employees try to stay positive and work to improve this.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
