      Pros

      Orientations were set up for my first two days, came with a lot of good information and contacts! The employees I have met with so far are great energy and welcoming. I am so excited to jump right in!

      Cons

      Desktop has to be requested separately so only laptop was sent to start a remote position where multiple screens are needed.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
