Pros

Flexibility and being able to schedule your own appointments. This office manager is not a micro manager and you work out of the office most of the time visiting customers at their place of employment or a local coffee shop.

Cons

The company is behind the curve in the products they offer. Chasing the market definitely hurts the sales potential. Many times the customers have already purchased from another vendor, for the digital products. Some prices are not in line with market rates. This company's procedures are so ridiculous they stifle the sales staff, costing them time and money. They are still using UPS to return files for corrections that could be handled by email or even just by a person with common sense, without returning the file at all. Sometimes they mail a file back because you didn't write the name of the company on page 2.

Pros

The biggest pro is going into a small business in your local area and seeing your marketing plan work! Websites, Digital marketing and local print Campaigns! I have a couple clients that I have built friendships with that will last for life! -Salary (always get a paycheck) -Commission (Rewarded for Working Hard) -Boss (My boss Steve Carey has improved my ability and took me to the next level) -Co-workers (Great group always help me out)

Cons

I would say the biggest con would be the travel! I have some days I drive 2 hours to get to my first client! That's part of the job but the only con I can think of!

Pros

The idea that you can make $75K a year. Making sales is fun. but the reality is a lie. A company that does nothing for the sales staff, provides no support and takes advantage of nice people who just want to make money. not play games with managers who haven't sold and do not understand the realities of selling yellow pages print products any longer and who are suffering from horrible losses and declined sales.

Cons

They do not tell you that there are NO benefits from the company. They do not tell you that they do not pay for gas. They do not pay any expenses. They make you drive daily to dirt bag offices. They lie about the reception of their products in the market. Their internet products absolutely suck. Total turnover of sales staff every year. You cannot make any money here any more. a sham scam.

All sales reps are given a protected territory of current advertisers and earnings are composed of base pay, incentives, sales contests, uncapped commissions and bonuses. Medical, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance are provided by the company.
