Pros
I loved all the friendships I've made and the family-like atmosphere. You really do become a tight group, people geniunely care about one another and that makes for a place you enjoy being at.

I personally love the CFO, she helped me to grow in the business and learn new job skills. She is tough but fair; and that's how the business continues to grow and be stable even in hard economic times. She expects you to do the job you are hired to do, rightfully so, but I think some people blame her for things that are not her fault unfortunately. She gets name dropped and blamed because other's don't want to take accountability for what was actually their decision/recommendation, not hers.
If you work hard, produce good results, and remain loyal to them, then they will treat you well. I think underperformers, bare minimum-types, or procrastinators will struggle here. They don't overstaff so they are counting on you to keep up. If you can, you will find this place of employment very rewarding as well as finding life-long friendships.
Cons
Lower starting pay/salary than most other businesses in area for all roles, entry level to salaried management - probably because they are a smaller organization. Slow to climb financially - when promoted from within you really have to push for compensation increases to reflect the new role(s) avg pay.
Warehouse is a toxic environment in my opinion. Too many short-term hires who don't care to do the job let alone do it well. Makes it hard for others who want to do a good job.
I was there for about 15 years, worked in just about every dept/area of the business. I used to hate the 'good-ol-boys' club back in the early 2010s but they've left for the most part and of the ones left the current CFO, in my opinion, has turned that attitude around so it isn't tolerated anymore.
