Pros
There is absolutely nothing good to say. . . . . . . . . . . . .
Cons
I wanted to give - 3 stars, but unfortunately is not possible. System is so outdated its borderline sick - AS400 (Yeah! Seriously). People are dirty nasty with you. They expect you to do everything (learn the horrible system, put in order without mistakes, pick up the heavy inboud calls, make at least 50 calls a day and work on 'urgent' projects (with 2 days advance) at the same time. You cant make decisions, you are given a list of past clients to call (some of them are dead...because its from 2005!) And try to make sales on your first call. Pay is ridiculous. You can't pay your rent with what you make there. I do think having older people working is awesome, but they are beyond 60 and cant work word or excel, company is trying to go ahead but have an old school mentality. Some people are working there for 20 years + doing the same thing. Don't fool yourself thinking you are going somewhere. There is no room for improvement or promotion. Their so called 'training' is a joke. You just sit around shadowing people and watching them do things. They explain how to do things in the system and expect you to learn right if the bat. They dont even have a book of 'how to's'. They want you to depend on them for everything...this way they have control. Had to go to the company 3 times for inteview. The first one with HR, and 2 sales manager. Had to go back to interview with another 2 sales managers. Phone interview with one of the directors...they have nothing organized. Oh! Their 'incentives': Reach or surpass your sales goal, and you get a Publix gift card or a full hour of lunch!
