Not really any cons if you love working in the service industry!

You are able to learn a lot about full circle accounting if you're willing and ready. If you're well liked, you will receive good treatment.

Very negative environment. Imagine a large amount of women working in an office. No communication from top down. Often wouldn't know stores were closing until a Facebook post was made by marketing. All of the managers operate differently and have different expectations. This makes it hard to keep up and be switched around to different restaurants.
