Pros

None. Just some good products which haleon inherited from Pfizer.

Cons

The Company has an inherited debt of 10 billion and a revenue of 10 Billion and the CEO has promised shareholders to save 500 million per year - at the COST OF adequate staffing and systems & employee Costs. Recent spade of exits across HR esp CHRO exited many and regional HR Leaders. Relentless workload, no work life balance ,employees are very stressed and sick, exiting left ,right and Grossly Understaffed and TOXIC bullying culture. and .Avoid this company at all costs.Take it from someone working here. People call you post working hours on mobile directly and on vacation as well.Toxic culture, complete absence of leadership & empathy. 6. Day in day out manual work on excel, nights pass by just to align data. 7. Everyone is only doing manual work, no innovation and no scope to upskill They won't respect your bandwidth and assign you loads of work with unrealistic deadlines. Pass negative comments and demotivate. Unreasonable expectations that ruin work life balance.Very limited annual hike- NO BUDGET FOR Recognition.

Pros

Pros Highly Competitive Compensation Strong Benefits Package: Excellent 401(k) matching and solid healthcare coverage (with a low $500 deductible). Generous Parental Leave: Offers an exceptional 6-month maternity leave, which is highly supportive for expanding families.

Cons

Growing Micromanagement & Performance Pressure: Over the past few years, the management style has shifted significantly toward heavy micromanagement. Upper management focuses disproportionately on minor errors. Even if 95% of your work is flawless, a single oversight can be excessively scrutinized and publicly singled out in team settings, creating an uncomfortable and demoralizing environment. Subjective Performance Review System: Annual performance reviews are directly tied to bonuses, but the evaluation process feels heavily influenced by personal bias and whether you are in your manager's "favor." This subjectivity can overshadow strong results and high performance.
