Pros

This is my first company that's why I am working

Cons

I am Diversity Employee but still not getting help from my collegues. This company hires fresher but they can't survive in this company because of this issue. Women employee can't even survive in Sales . For the last 3 months Manager is repeatedly harassing and demotivating me .On every open meeting and also personally he tells me that " You are not worthy", " I dnt want you in my team" , " You can resign and find another job" . I am literally traumatized by his behaviour. HR system is not good .. We can't reach HR to talk about our problems they dnt have any time for us. I can't prefer this company to anyone for joining.. Each and every year they are hiring freshers and they can't survive here why so ? Being a fresher I am literally traumatized because of this company . I hate this company

Pros

Pros Highly Competitive Compensation Strong Benefits Package: Excellent 401(k) matching and solid healthcare coverage (with a low $500 deductible). Generous Parental Leave: Offers an exceptional 6-month maternity leave, which is highly supportive for expanding families.

Cons

Growing Micromanagement & Performance Pressure: Over the past few years, the management style has shifted significantly toward heavy micromanagement. Upper management focuses disproportionately on minor errors. Even if 95% of your work is flawless, a single oversight can be excessively scrutinized and publicly singled out in team settings, creating an uncomfortable and demoralizing environment. Subjective Performance Review System: Annual performance reviews are directly tied to bonuses, but the evaluation process feels heavily influenced by personal bias and whether you are in your manager's "favor." This subjectivity can overshadow strong results and high performance.
