Pros

Nothing good, don't ruin your career.U can choose any small company..even there culture will be good.they are running cheap practices to drive the business through retailers, distributors and other stakeholders.

Cons

This is the worst organisation and worst people..they have made polices to show off but that's not executed. They recruit female employees and ask them to get involved in unethical practices..If employees don't get agreed then they harras them and ruin their career. Leadership is involved into cheap politics and driving this culture.its a scam organisation. They will ruin your entire career if u refuse them for unethical practices.entire North team is extremely toxic.Even HR will not listen to you.extremely cheap management..Worst practices running on the name of diversity and inclusion..they use abusive and discriminatory language with females

Pros

Pros Highly Competitive Compensation Strong Benefits Package: Excellent 401(k) matching and solid healthcare coverage (with a low $500 deductible). Generous Parental Leave: Offers an exceptional 6-month maternity leave, which is highly supportive for expanding families.

Cons

Growing Micromanagement & Performance Pressure: Over the past few years, the management style has shifted significantly toward heavy micromanagement. Upper management focuses disproportionately on minor errors. Even if 95% of your work is flawless, a single oversight can be excessively scrutinized and publicly singled out in team settings, creating an uncomfortable and demoralizing environment. Subjective Performance Review System: Annual performance reviews are directly tied to bonuses, but the evaluation process feels heavily influenced by personal bias and whether you are in your manager's "favor." This subjectivity can overshadow strong results and high performance.
