Management office staff have no compassion ignore calls from staff and service users dont treat staff good so little calls need to work yout days off too to get a decent wage only give 5 mins travel between calls even if its 15 min drive to next call very unsupportive expected to drive walkers to single calls but dont get paid to do so and dont pay your tax right so you end up owing tax
