People tend to stay with HPB for a long time which means there is a lot of competition for higher up positions.

Nothing, everything was stressful. I hated coming in and trying to catch up with my department.

Overworked, you're constantly having to catch up on your department while trying to do multiple tasks at once. And if you get behind you get a warning, then written up. I know many employees who just sit in their car and cry before a shift. I also got tired of stealing from customers, HBP expects you to lie to the customer when selling items, we take what we want which is ALL of the items price them 200% markup and trash what we didn't want. I just got tired of it after 6 years. They also have a strick if you're late one second you get written up.
