Pros
Awesome place to work, everyone is so friendly. I like that they take into consideration what your interests are and place you in that section. Decent benefits, although I heard they were better before I started.
Cons
Customer's trying to treat the store like a flea market. Also the assistant store manager where I worked was horrible, only their section mattered, sometimes to the exclusion of their managerial duties, plus they had their favorites and weren't afraid to show it - many people left because of the assistant store manager.
