Pros
The benefits are seemingy good, but when the stores are run so short you cannot take the vacation or sick time you have earned, it doesnt really work out. The coworkers are really great. Lots of interesting people to work with.
Cons
You get worked to the bone and little to no recognition for your efforts. Incoming amount of merchandise amount is outrageous and no one at the upper level will consider solutions. The company is more and more corporate all the time, and refuses to admit it to itself. It still thinks it is a liberal employee friendly company but its actions show it cares only about the bottom line.
