great benefits, decent hourly pay for a retail job, great if you love being around books and like people.
Cons
Catty leadership, merit-based promotions seem to be a thing of the past--feels like you have to be the boss's friend to get ahead. The raises are scant, and quarterly bonuses are nice--but barely help.
