Business outlook
Pros
The company has great benefits and does try to treat employees with care and compassion. PTO and sick time accumulate quickly. Obviously it's not perfect, but if you have a good store manager and good coworkers it's a great place to work. In terms of retail jobs, it's miles ahead of any other I've worked.
Cons
It's retail. The work can be very physically demanding. We get floating holidays but the store is only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Many higher level employees stay with the company for a long time so there isn't a ton of opportunity for advancement unless you relocate.
