      There are no Pros in Halian, only cons

      Cons

      1) They will tell you fake commitment towards your profile 2) The tenure they tell is completely fake 3) They can dismiss you at any time 4)Salary is not on time 5) Zero employee care & benefits 6) The HR department is just sake of need, no responsibility or care of employee is carried out even after your exit they will treat you like they don't even know you before 7) I tried to complain to MOL against them but due to my family issue I could get through the end 8) If you are really serious to grow you career don't ever accept any kind offer from Halian 9)I would have take few names here, but I do not wanted to ruin their career too. 10) They are not complying with the rules of ministry and one they will be banned I am sure.

      Pros

      The people are good people, but after losing their leadership its not really going anywhere.

      Cons

      Whatever they share with you is just lip service, with no substance or backed up with any real evidence. There is no genuine interest to grow what they do or create better opportunities for people, just a case of come in, bill and dont cost us money, which I just business, but many other business have that goal but help you enjoy your time there and give you things to work towards.
