Not a lot. The location and view from the Sydney office. 2 monitors per employee. Paid weekly. You make friends easily from your equal hatred of being there.
Cons
Majority of Partners and their butt kissing management. Hierarchy driven. Nepotism. Favouritism. If you have an opinion, you don't have a career here. Public humiliation of employees by their superiors.
