We recognise there are key times in the year when additional hours may be required. However, we are also trialing various strategies to ensure a good work life balance for all employees, including new ways of working.
We’re sorry to hear you find the work dull at Hall & Partners. We appreciate some work required will be less interesting than other parts. However, over the last 6 months we have outsourced some of the more admin heavy tasks and have been seeing an increase in ad hoc work and transformational ways of working, along with cross working between teams to offer our employees variety in their roles. We’d encourage you to come and talk to the People team or your manager to have a conversation about your role.
The business works hard to ensure Hall and Partners is a great place to work. We hold regular peer forums and drop in sessions with our CEO to give employees a platform to give their views.
We hold themed social events every month along with the opportunity to take part in yoga and subsided massages in the office.
