Honestly where do I start. They tell you in the interview it’s a great place to work and you get there and there’s no training, no structure, nothing. They changed my position without even telling me — my contract said Administrative Assistant and I showed up my first day and I was suddenly an Executive Assistant. No one explained anything. Management has no idea what they’re doing, no set schedule, no communication. And every week you see people getting fired left and right. The energy there is just bad from day one
