They took away all of the nice perks.
Cons
Long hours, micro-managing angry bosses, fracturing crew leaders that had agendas with the maintenance crew members and dishonestly caused false problems, general and severe dishonesty towards workers from managers and leaders. People were encouraged and allowed to band together against people who were considered competition for them, and used company time and resources to cause problems for their competition.
