      Senior managers encourage a toxic culture where everyone is concerned about what other people in the office are saying about them, no strategy from a client development perspective, hire people they get along with, no support in terms of clients, even the CEO takes a split for placements if she knows the clients.

      They were great until they weren’t Now they are $18 million in debt

      Cons

      No wonder the business has gone bust. Greed and dishonesty from the very top. You would have had a great business if you had looked after your staff. So many great recruiters there and you lost all out of greed, other than firing everyone in COVID.
