      Pros

      -nice facilities -residents are lovely -staff are mostly great

      Cons

      -management issues -staff bullying accusations -high turnover of staff -the whole company is smoke and mirrors. They make out they care but they don’t give a toss about you, only money and keeping residents flowing in -carers are expected to do everything and are the fall guy for anything that goes wrong
