Pros
This place is filled with a few amazing professionals, both in head office and in the field. These select few are pragmatic about the companies realities and become frustrated at managements refusals to face the facts of our industry.
Cons
Senior Management is disrupted by infighting. Further, they refuse to address the elephant in the room by acknowledging the current state of our industry. I found it frustrating that they were unwilling to push back on overseas ownership to a) give realistic targets, and b) expand into areas which can actually sustain the company long term. Staff turnover is massive, and aside from a few long termer's we would be signing farewell cards for highly capable and valuable employees far too often.
