Pros
They have really great benefits plus a wellness plan that you can opt-in for gym/fitness reimbursement, profit sharing, flex days, team oriented environment. Access to the building fitness facility for free.
Cons
Upper management is disconnected from staff, there is a clique like environment among some of the co-workers. The job can be too process driven without much wiggle room for improvements.
