I worked at 6 different companies in 7 years. So many roles and responsabilities! I felt like I could have a major impact from the very start, and Halma was invested in my continued professional development.
Cons
It can feel a bit disjointed, with operating companies needing to serve very different stakeholders: their individual markets as well as the central management.
