Good accomodation facility,good working enviornment,only 8hrs duty,weekly 2days off,yearly leave and travel voucher,good shift schedule,good team work,good support from superiors
Cons
low salary compared to other qatar companies,nurses grading system not proper,housing and transport allowance to be given equally,discrimination like local and overseas,risk allowance to be given for every department.
