Pros
For me personally I have the biggest pros to be:
The work culture- everyone is so goal oriented and driven but also extremely funny, caring an supportive, they don't take life too seriously, but when its time to put their heads down and get stuff done they do it!
Incentives- There is no shortage of incentives here as a constant reminder of what you can achieve, whether that be a $50 gift card, breakfast club, or even a trip to Ibiza, there is always something to work towards here.
Progression- There is a very well structured out map of what you need to do to gain promotion, with support every step of the way helping you to achieve it, it really is an environment where both management and team members want to see you succeed.
FUN!- A lot of the time work is not associated with the word fun but the environment and the people here really do make it just that, whether its your team hitting its goal and going to play paddle, top golf, or out for a meal or even doing free kicks in the office in honor of the world cup along with sweepstakes, there is always something here that's ultimately going to make you excited to come in the next day, Not to mention for guys you get a free haircut every 2-3 weeks and ladies can get their nails done.
Cons
There are no real cons but one area for improvement could be the overall benefits package. The current offering is appreciated, but there could be opportunities to further reduce employee healthcare costs and enhance the overall value of benefits. As well as a more competitive salary rate
