Pros
Entry level associates are given a lot of opportunities to learn and expand their skills as contract work is often given to lower level employees to offset costs.
Cons
There are clear preferential hiring practices with regard to race and nationality. It can make for a very unbalanced and uncomfortable working environment. The staff associates are great, but the ethics of the management are questionable. Management will expect you to do literally whatever they ask. You may be asked to help with office maintenance or administrative tasks regardless of your original job title. If you express concern that you are not being allowed to do what you were hired for, there is retaliation. Frequent inappropriate and unwarranted comments/jokes about women, race, and religion from management. Absolutely no upward mobility. This includes salary and benefits. They have no problem firing employees without cause regardless of work product quality. Very difficult to trust management. HR support is nonexistent. The handbook is treated like a joke by management. There is no structure to support staff in the staff-management relationship.
