Pros

Generous holiday, vacation and sick pay. Hourly staff are the best around! Great mission. Prominent and well-known nonprofit. Education reimbursement ($1,000 per year) after 1 year of continuous work. Wellness rewards.

Cons

Upper management disconnection from the work. Lack of accountability between departments. Lack of communication between upper management. Upper management speaks about striving for feedback and improvement but does not implement the feedback. Coordinators and Specialists/Case Managers are not paid to accommodate the work they are doing. Dependents benefits are not sufficient/are expensive (averaging $500 monthly for spouses).
