Pros
Awesome job. Awesome scenery. Awesome co-workers. Decent pay. Fun job for college students. All employees are held at a higher standard in how they accommodate guests, which is nice to be around. Used to have a really great, personable manager and the club was much better then.
Cons
Current management is terrible/non-existent. Felt very unorganized and hostile coming to work. Members enjoy consistency and familiar faces that are able to memorize their names and likes, but the turnover is insane. Absolutely no room for advancement either.
