Very Poor Company - Anonymous employee Hamilton Group Employee Review

Extremely poor company on just about every level. This used to be the “Gold Standard” in the industry for scientific syringes but the poor management and unbelievably poor manufacturing that has developed because of the poor management has dropped that position into the toilette. With a couple exceptions, the management style is through intimidation. Innovation is not part of their vocabulary. It has one of the highest turnover rates in a company I have ever seen.
