The training for me as a new grad nurse was very in-depth and lasted about 3 months. We had weekly meetings with my supervisor and I was constantly monitored. I felt comfortable with my training.

Once I had been there over 6 months, management got a little too comfortable and started putting patients on me that were more than what they promised me. We were supposed to have 3-4 patients per shift but I ended up with 5-6 patients per shift usually.
