Pros

Alena F. and Marissa D. are kind, enthusiastic, and patient managers who are always ready to lend a helping hand to their coworkers. The owners, Hank and Andrew, are incredibly involved and friendly. Terri G., the Director, provides constructive feedback with thoughtful consideration. Matt B. Is very helpful with teaching technical questions. Caprice constantly goes above and beyond educating all the newbies and is passionate about giving the Hamilton experience. She showed me so many things and was extremely supportive

Cons

The computer software we have is a lot to learn and very slow. Clients that rush you for their meter running out and I can only go as fast as the computer system allows.

Pros

Access to nice product. Longtime family business as a selling point. Talented staff, technicians. Lots of trainings available if you're not already seasoned in your career.

Cons

HR is non existent. Compensation varies and is not equal or competitive. VP has wide mood swings and doesn't add much value to the staff. Favoritism is strong. Get things in writing, they try to find ways to not pay. They don't always act ethical towards clients and if you stand up for what's right you're punished.
