The firm largely has good people around that are friendly and good to work with. The office is in a great location with good views of the Sydney Harbour.

Compensation is not leading compared to the firm's direct competitors.

There is a massive focus on a positive staff culture. An active push towards changing the industry standards regarding mental health and workload. Admin are preferred to have different work backgrounds in order to bring a different outlook and perspective.

It is still a relatively new firm and with that there is still internal growth with processes and systems. But there is a lot of work towards evolving this and improving. Con can be that each practice group partners do things differently. Eg buying coffees or lunches to say thank you.
