Pros
The associates are and were the backbone of the hospital. Now the patient is a priority and not the associate. Take care of your staff and the patient will have a better experience. Some directors are great others are riding the clock.
Cons
Stay away from Pharmacy with current leadership! Management treats you as if you are a number and not an individual. Some will not guide the associate and is no help. Older associates that have left are GLAD to be gone due to mismanagement. Many of those good people will never go to Hamilton as a patient and go elsewhere.
