Pros
If you are willing to dig you can learn a lot on your own. The people are very intelligent and are willing to help if you ask them. No micro managing here either. You get to meet many people from all avenues of life. When you are able to put someone to work is when you realize the gratification of what you do.
Cons
Working completely alone. Very little actual training is given. For the most part the work is not very engaging. You have to learn what to ask by yourself. Very hard to make it through the day.
