Best Boss/Doctor - Front Desk Receptionist Hamilton Smiles Employee Review

The boss/doctor/owner, Dr. Reena Goyal, is great! She's nice to all employees and patients. She treats everyone equally. NO favoritism! There aren't even cliques between the employees. She promotes from within. She'll take emergency patients but has never asked or expected any of us to come in for those last minute visits. She's very understanding and respectful. The pay was what I expected and she had no problem with what I asked for. Coworkers are all nice, helpful and respectful too. Everyone is professional. The practice is updated, clean and more organized than most other dental practices. Overall great place to work!
