Pros
I have never been in healthcare or recruiting before, but this has been a great opportunity to learn. The office in Denver is new, and from what I've seen and heard the turnover has been high, but most of the remaining people have not found it hard to keep up with the expectations. I can see how it has been difficult for people who have not worked in this type of environment before, so if you don't have any type of sales background I would not recommend this job for you. I personally have not had any issues with management, if I need something I just ask them and they can usually accommodate (like if I need to work from home one day, or make up hours on another etc.) To my knowledge they have been that way with everyone, you just have to ask.
Cons
Insurances are expensive but I think they are working on getting more affordable options. "Unlimited PTO" isn't really unlimited, you can only take a couple of weeks off at a time. You also can't use PTO for sick days but that is not a deal breaker
