Pros

Well I mean unlimited PTO to start! This is the place where you learn to sell but also how to work as a team. Leadership is phenomenal, they literally jump in the trenches with you, and I don’t think I’ve ever been in a role where leadership actually looks after you. You can make a killing, but you HAVE to work hard- and people who don’t won’t succeed in this role. What you put in is what you get out. Forever grateful for having an opportunity like this. Keep up the good work!

More snack selections woukd be nice. Frozen burritos.

Pros

As a last resort, you can make money here for a couple of months if you are excellent at outbound sales.

Cons

No ethics, terrible reputation in the industry. Selling for them is an uphill battle, as most prospects view the company as a low trust vendor. Deceives potential applicants into believing that this is a real opportunity. Management is completely oblivious yet obsessed with unproductive metrics such as talk time or outbound dials. Even top performers berated for not hitting metrics.
