The producers at Hammer Creative allow editors and graphics designers to create trailers without micro managing. There is a good sense of camaraderie at the company.
Cons
At times some of the work can be a bit dull and you need to find ways to motivate yourself to get the job done. Sometimes the schedules are very tight which can stifle creativity.
