Pros
Fantastic if your face fits. A theoretical annual bonus reaching up to 25%. Some genuinely nice people working there.
Cons
Seems to be a lot of friends of the owner/owners family hired and put into senior positions. Bonus may as well be up to 100% because no one receives 25%. The second your face doesn’t fit then you are not going to last very long!
