Meaningful work with adequate opportunities to gain further knowledge. Co-workers are supportive and willing to help. Few people per department enabling some independence on a daily basis, but can expect micromanaging on some issues.
Cons
Uneven and slightly disorganized management with supervisors blaming workers for lack of consistency with policies and procedures. Ideas and suggestions not taken seriously, leading to stagnant growth in organizational development. No room for advancement or salary increases due to undisclosed procedures for attaining either.
