I am sorry your experience with HandCraft did not meet your expectations. Over the years we have built a wonderful team. We value each team member and appreciate how their role impacts our customers. We give back to the community and participate in and sponsor several charities both locally and nationally. In addition, our HR department has an open-door policy and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions, concerns or issues. We provide all employees with monthly training including safety, harassment and bullying, which encourages all employees to report any concerns, issues or abuse.
