Pros
- Overall we get to build and work with really cool tech. Building out all the web2 B2B pieces for a customizable membership and rewards program is fun in itself. That tied with the opportunity to learn and work on web3 features is very rare and exciting. - As an engineer we get to solve new and challenging problems that come with the territory of building a B2B product which is mostly web2 on top of the blockchain. This gives us the opportunity to solve problems that no one else really has yet! - Hang is focused on building its core products so we get to help shape the future of Hang's offerings. I truly feel the features our team is spec'ing out and building on a daily basis will be the core of what Hang is 10 years down the road. - The team is incredibly smart and collaborative. Everyone works well together across all the different departments to come up and create the best core products for Hang. - The brands we work with get cooler by the day! Just an exciting part of the job.
Cons
Not many cons - Some standard growing pains you get with with any startup. Doing a pretty good job of enforcing processes around product and engineering to keep things organized and stick to our roadmap.
